About the Program
The National EPB is looking for an Finance and Administration member who can assist with data collection and analysis. 
About the Role
Responsibilities include:
  • Sending emails to the regions to get the month-end data. Enter data into appropriate fields from the source spreadsheet to the Master spreadsheet.
  • Validate data with the rules mentioned in the Master spreadsheet. If the data is incorrect, ask the region to rectify the mistake and send the correct ME data.
  • Make sure all input data is captured in the summary tab for each region.
About You
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office particularly MS Excel required.
  • Experience with creating pivot tables and writing formulae to make sure that the data is captured in the summary tab
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft products required.

Time Commitment
  • 5 hours/week
  • On-going position starting immediately
