About the Program
The Future Ready Initiative is an institutional response to changes facing the Jamat in Canada, and those with whom the Jamat lives.
The Program responds to four inter-related needs within the Jamat:
1. Family Mentorship;
2. Future of Work;
3. Mental health; and
4. Youth mentorship and leadership development.
 In common across all programmatic responses to these four pillars, the program relies on data capture, confirmation, data analysis and reporting
About the Role
Data will be received from the OJCMS system or FRI Pillar leads on a bi-monthly basis, currently anticipated on the 5th and 25th of each month. The role of the database support member is to transcribe data gathered from the OJCMS and pillar leads into an excel template that will be used for FRI Dashboards. It is imperative that the data is accurately transcribed on Excel .

Data will be confirmed and reported for the first 3 weeks post program launch. Thereafter, data will be confirmed on a quarterly basis when reports need to be submitted to Leaders International Forum.  This role will report to the Monitoring, Evaluating and Reporting Lead.
