About the Program
The Management Training Program (MTP) aims to enhance the leadership, professional and
management capacity and skills based training for members of the Canadian Jamat, particularly those
from Afghanistan, Tajikistan, India, Pakistan, Iran, East Africa, and Syria such that participants are able to contribute towards the strengthening of the various Ismaili Institutions to effect progress and
improvements towards the global Jamat’s overall quality of life.

About the Role
The MTP sessions will take place virtually this year. The AV volunteers will be responsible for managing Zoom meetings including creating events in the calendar, allowing participants to enter, monitoring chats, set-up breakout rooms and general (basic) tech support/troubleshooting.
 There will be six MTP sessions which will take place from March 28 to May 2 respectively. It is imperative that the AV volunteers can commit to all six sessions.



About You
The Candidates will be:
  • Organized, dependable and detail-oriented 
  • Have strong technical skills
  • Essential to have knowledge and experience of the ZOOM application and provide general tech support, as required
Time Commitment
  • 6 days
  • Starting immediately to 2 May 2021
